About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated, confident, and relationship-oriented Sales Representative to help generate new business opportunities, nurture warm leads, and build strong partnerships with clients in the tech sector. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our new clients, so professionalism, curiosity, and consistency are key.
This is a contract position, ideal for someone who thrives in a flexible environment and is excited to make an impact quickly.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and engage prospective clients across Canada and the U.S.
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to book discovery calls.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers, executives, and HR leaders.
- Present Total Match Consulting’s services with clarity and confidence.
- Manage a sales pipeline, track activities, and follow up consistently.
- Work closely with leadership to understand client needs and align solutions.
- Support proposal preparation, pricing discussions, and closing activities.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
What You Bring
- Experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles (recruitment or tech industry experience is a bonus).
- Strong communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Comfort with outbound outreach and generating your own conversations.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently.
- Confidence using CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
- A genuine interest in people and building long-term business relationships.
Contract Structure
We’re open to different engagement models depending on fit:
- Monthly retainer + commission
- Commission-only
- Contract-to-hire (3–6 months)
Compensation will be discussed individually based on structure and experience.
