A growing consulting firm based in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Engagement Lead to oversee complex client engagements and deliver high-impact technology programs.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing consulting environments, can confidently manage executive stakeholders, and has the leadership ability to drive successful outcomes across multiple initiatives and delivery teams.

The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding project strategy, managing delivery timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring client satisfaction across multiple engagements.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex client delivery programs with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and dependencies.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and developing a deep understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and industry landscape.

  • Drive project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple concurrent engagements.

  • Provide clear communication and status reporting to internal leadership and senior client stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and technical teams to accurately assess project progress, risks, and delivery challenges.

  • Manage project timelines, scope, and delivery milestones to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve delivery outcomes.

  • Lead project governance activities including planning sessions, stakeholder meetings, and executive updates.

  • Drive project prioritization, resource planning, and outcome-focused delivery across initiatives.

  • Support business case development, ROI analysis, and strategic planning for technology initiatives.


Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in project management, program delivery, or engagement leadership roles.

  • Proven experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and leadership teams.

  • Experience managing large, complex programs with multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to work closely with technical teams, developers, and architects to understand project progress and risks.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.


Nice to Have

  • Experience delivering RPA, automation, or enterprise technology programs.

  • Familiarity with automation delivery frameworks or digital transformation initiatives.

  • Background working with enterprise clients across regulated or complex industries.
