A growing consulting firm based in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking an experienced Project Manager / Engagement Lead to oversee complex client engagements and deliver high-impact technology programs.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing consulting environments, can confidently manage executive stakeholders, and has the leadership ability to drive successful outcomes across multiple initiatives and delivery teams.
The successful candidate will play a key role in guiding project strategy, managing delivery timelines, coordinating resources, and ensuring client satisfaction across multiple engagements.
Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex client delivery programs with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and dependencies.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and developing a deep understanding of their business objectives, challenges, and industry landscape.

Drive project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple concurrent engagements.

Provide clear communication and status reporting to internal leadership and senior client stakeholders.

Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and technical teams to accurately assess project progress, risks, and delivery challenges.

Manage project timelines, scope, and delivery milestones to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve delivery outcomes.

Lead project governance activities including planning sessions, stakeholder meetings, and executive updates.

Drive project prioritization, resource planning, and outcome-focused delivery across initiatives.

Support business case development, ROI analysis, and strategic planning for technology initiatives.
Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in project management, program delivery, or engagement leadership roles.

Proven experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.

Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives and leadership teams.

Experience managing large, complex programs with multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.

Ability to work closely with technical teams, developers, and architects to understand project progress and risks.
