Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced AI Enablement Manager to help drive the successful adoption and integration of artificial intelligence across the organization. This role will focus on enabling teams to leverage AI tools, platforms, and data effectively to improve decision-making, increase operational efficiency, and accelerate innovation.

The ideal candidate will combine strong technical understanding of AI technologies with excellent stakeholder engagement and program leadership skills. You will work closely with leadership, data teams, engineering groups, and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI adoption and ensure the organization is equipped with the processes, tools, and knowledge needed to successfully implement AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead initiatives that enable the adoption and scaling of AI capabilities across the organization.
Collaborate with business leaders to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions and automation.
Develop and execute strategies that support AI readiness, governance, and best practices.
Work closely with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to translate business needs into AI-driven initiatives.
Establish frameworks, training programs, and documentation to help teams effectively leverage AI tools and technologies.
Support the implementation of AI-powered platforms, machine learning solutions, and intelligent automation initiatives.
Drive change management and promote AI literacy across technical and non-technical teams.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI initiatives and recommend improvements.
Ensure AI initiatives align with data governance, security, and ethical AI standards.

Required Qualifications

3–5+ years of experience in technology enablement, program management, or digital transformation roles.
Experience working with AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics initiatives.
Strong understanding of AI platforms, data ecosystems, and modern cloud technologies.
Ability to translate technical AI capabilities into practical business solutions.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across business and technology teams.
Strong organizational and program management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS AI/ML services, or Google AI.
Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, or AI-powered automation tools.
Exposure to data engineering, machine learning workflows, or MLOps frameworks.
Experience in consulting or enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
Certifications related to AI, cloud technologies, or project/program management.
