Project Manager (ERP / CRM) Remote in GTA

Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in ERP and CRM implementations to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives. This role will focus on managing end-to-end implementations of enterprise platforms that support business operations, customer engagement, and digital transformation efforts.

The successful candidate will bring deep project management expertise, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and hands-on experience delivering ERP and CRM deployments within fast-paced environments. You will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope, and driving successful system adoption across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP and CRM implementation projects, from planning and requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, solution architects, and system integrators.

• Ensure successful data migration, system integration, and process alignment during implementations.

• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular project status updates to leadership teams.

• Support change management and user adoption strategies to ensure successful rollout of ERP and CRM platforms.

• Identify risks, dependencies, and potential project challenges while proactively driving solutions.

• Ensure project delivery aligns with best practices for enterprise technology implementations.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, with a strong focus on enterprise technology implementations.

• Proven experience managing ERP and CRM implementation projects.

• Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations, data migration, and process transformation initiatives.

• Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery environments.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise platforms such as:

  • Salesforce

  • Microsoft Dynamics (CRM or ERP)

  • SAP

  • Oracle ERP / NetSuite

• Experience managing digital transformation or system modernization initiatives.

• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certifications are considered an asset.

• Experience working in consulting or client-facing environments.
