Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in ERP and CRM implementations to lead complex enterprise technology initiatives. This role will focus on managing end-to-end implementations of enterprise platforms that support business operations, customer engagement, and digital transformation efforts.
The successful candidate will bring deep project management expertise, strong stakeholder engagement skills, and hands-on experience delivering ERP and CRM deployments within fast-paced environments. You will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope, and driving successful system adoption across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ERP and CRM implementation projects, from planning and requirements gathering through deployment and post-implementation support.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.

Coordinate cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, solution architects, and system integrators.

Ensure successful data migration, system integration, and process alignment during implementations.

Facilitate stakeholder meetings and provide regular project status updates to leadership teams.

Support change management and user adoption strategies to ensure successful rollout of ERP and CRM platforms.

Identify risks, dependencies, and potential project challenges while proactively driving solutions.

Ensure project delivery aligns with best practices for enterprise technology implementations.
Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Project Management, with a strong focus on enterprise technology implementations.

Proven experience managing ERP and CRM implementation projects.

Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations, data migration, and process transformation initiatives.

Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery environments.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
